The city of Santa Monica, Cal., is now home to the Shore Hotel, the city’s first LEED Gold (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) standard property. Located on the coastline, the hotel focuses on its warm weather surroundings and ocean view with an open-air, U-shaped design equipped with an outdoor “living room” and access to the city’s beaches.
With its LEED Gold Certification, Shore Hotel boasts environmentally-conscious amenities including their new Green Screen kiosk. The one-year-old property is the first to be build in Santa Monica in a decade and also includes a fitness center, pool, business center, cocktail bar and a meeting and special event space.
