With summer weather year round, Carmel Valley Ranch is taking full advantage by cultivating a summer camp style environment that’s perfect for everything from corporate meetings to spectacular outdoor weddings.  

Nestled in the foothills of the Santa Lucia Mountains on California’s Central Coast, Carmel Valley Ranch occupies 500 acres. Amongst all of this, they offer nearly 10,000 square feet of indoor meeting space, as well as 30,000 square feet of outdoor space.  

Beginning in June, Carmel Valley Ranch has completely reimagined and revitalized their spaces, including a new Market and Creamery and Vineyard Lawn, which has a maximum capacity of 400 guests. Additionally, they offer a wide range of outdoor adventures such as beekeeping, falconry, night golf, hilltop yoga, and an “Amazing Race” inspired Ranch Race. 

Two of the most essential things to a Carmel Valley Ranch experience are reconnecting with your younger self and the nature that surrounds you. Carmel Valley Ranch invites guests to play, seek thrills, and feel young, all while immersing themselves in the beautiful landscape.  

With Carmel Valley Ranch’s reimagined guest suites, meeting rooms, golf clubhouse, spa, and retail area, the ranch is sure to be a hotspot for connectivity and discovery, some of which might happen around their nightly fire pits with complimentary s’mores! 

Sonesta Silicon Valley has been making some big changes. From significant updates to their communal spaces and guest rooms to a new restaurant opening in late November, the hotel has much to be excited about. So much so that this December, to celebrate the launch of the new Sonesta Event Center, the hotel will be offering a complimentary meeting package for up to 50 people. 

 

Visit Newport Beach released its new marketing campaign highlighting the destination management organization’s dedication to the small meetings market. Debuted at the 2019 IMEX America show, the concept focuses specifically on the planner and the VIP treatment that they can expect from Visit Newport Beach and the city’s hospitality community.

 

This September, Los Angeles Airport Marriott is beginning the final stage of their $50-million renovations.  

The redesign includes more than 50,000 square feet of meeting space alongside a maximum capacity of 2,500 people. The hotel will be set to host parties of any nature, including Corporate events, conventions, company retreats, holiday parties, banquets, exhibitions, workshops, and everything in between.
