Summer is in full swing at Hyatt Regency Sonoma Wine Country with a variety of wellness and entertainment meeting options.From yoga to movies, there's something for everyone's interests--whether they be cycling and hiking or lounging by the pool with a good read.

The yoga package was inspired by the well-known passion for wellness among Californians in general and the Sonoma community in particular. Plus, when people are traveling on business and meetings are often back-to-back, a break that involves gentle physical movement and breathing work is great for rejuvenation. so to us, it simply makes sense. Not to mention, they've partnered with YogaONE, and they bring puppies to their sessions.

Hyatt Regency Sonoma Wine Country's room rates begin at $259.99, the movie package is $35 per person with a $2,500 food and beverage minimum and is available for 10 to 100 guests,and the meeting art experience for groups of at least 10 people starts at $100 per person. For fewer than 10 guests, the experience is a flat fee of $1,000. The Wellness for One & All add-on package costs $20 per person for a minimum of 25 guests. Participants are also invited to make complimentary use of YogaONE’s roster of daily in-studio classes for extra inspiration as well as access to wellness services at Well Sonoma (massage, skin care, acupuncture, yoga therapy, cranial sacral therapy, visceral manipulation therapy and Ayurveda) at a 15 percent discount.

Our goal for the meeting attendees is to leave our hotel rejuvenated with memorable unique experiences. This is done by incorporating fun team-building events such as learning how to paint from an established local artist or selecting flowers from our flower cart to create a bouquet for their table," says Nanci Figueroa, director of sales and marketing. "For those that seek an adventure, we have partnerships with our local vendors, which can provide zip lining or drive a McLaren Sports Car at Sonoma Raceway. When meeting attendees are having fun and learning something new, we find the next day they are energized and engaged in their conference. We successfully bring the Sonoma experience to our meeting attendees.”

Sonesta Silicon Valley has been making some big changes. From significant updates to their communal spaces and guest rooms to a new restaurant opening in late November, the hotel has much to be excited about. So much so that this December, to celebrate the launch of the new Sonesta Event Center, the hotel will be offering a complimentary meeting package for up to 50 people.

Debuted at the 2019 IMEX America show, the concept focuses specifically on the planner and the VIP treatment that they can expect from Visit Newport Beach and the city’s hospitality community.

 

This September, Los Angeles Airport Marriott is beginning the final stage of their $50-million renovations.  

The redesign includes more than 50,000 square feet of meeting space alongside a maximum capacity of 2,500 people. The hotel will be set to host parties of any nature, including Corporate events, conventions, company retreats, holiday parties, banquets, exhibitions, workshops, and everything in between.
