Annie Tsai will lead the customer experience team at DoubleDutch and focus on increasing client success and retention. DoubleDutch provides data-focused mobile apps for events.

Previously Tsai was the chief customer officer at Demandforce. Her focus in her new position will be increasing the use of DoubleDutch apps and increasing the return on investment for companies or organizations that use the apps.
