New Group Venues in Temecula

Located just 60 minutes from San Diego, Orange County and Palm Springs, and 90 minutes from Los Angeles, Temecula is an easy Southern California destination for groups. With new venues opening, and others coming soon, it’s a good time to revisit the wine region. The Vine House, a luxury bed and breakfast that opened in 2021, is within a 10-minute drive of 20 wedding and meeting venues. The 36522 Distillery at Oak Mountain, which opened in January 2022, distills vodka, gin, bourbon, rum, and tequila, and offers cocktails and food pairings in a speakeasy atmosphere. Altisima Winery, another newcomer, is perched high on a hill, offering magnificent views and honoring the Spanish roots of the region. Various locations—including the members lounge, 56-Degree Room, and olive grove—are available for private events. Coming in 2023 is Vienza at Europa Village, an Italian winery that will feature indoor and outdoor wine tastings, picnic laws, Italian markets, a grand ballroom, an outdoor amphitheater, restaurant, and hotel.

We never outgrow the pleasure of an Easter egg hunt. That’s the thinking behind a promotion by Visit Temecula. While the city’s annual Easter egg hunt will take place on April 16 in three different locations, the visitor’s bureau promo is monthlong. Visitors, whether leisure travelers or part of a group, who book a midweek stay in Temecula Valley during the month of April might just find an Easter egg with a $50 Visa card inside under their pillow.
