Renaissance Indian Wells Resort & Spa gratefully accepts the 2019 Site Experience Award from the Greater Palm Springs Convention & Visitors Bureau. The organization’s Oasis Awards program grants the property this honor based on a #1 rating among planners and group clients.

“Our team honors and treasures group guests, and bringing creativity and a genuine client focus to their planner visits is part of our resort-wide service commitment to the meetings community,” says General Manager Cristoph Roshardt.

The resort and conference center prides itself on adapting each experience to the visiting organization. In order to make each site visit special, Renaissance Indian Wells Resort & Spa offers options such as ground transfers and airport pickups or customized food and beverage menus curated by the executive chef.

“We believe that our full leadership team should interact with every site guest, and we enhance the experience by introducing a special visual or thematic focus on each industry or business sector involved,” Roshardt explains. “This can involve sample event set-ups, memorable touches in the planner’s guest room, examples of customized logo or product treatments at key touchpoints throughout the property and more. We keep these unique efforts proprietary and confidential for each visiting planner, and this personalization takes place during every site visit that we host. We always look forward to these shared experiences.”

The 2019 Oasis Site Experience Award comes at an exciting time as the 560-room resort anticipates a reimagined lobby and brand new guest rooms expected to disclose in the fall.

EduCon’s provocative program gathered almost 1,000 business events professionals from more than 15 countries for the 2019 PCMA EduCon at the JW Marriott Los Angeles L.A. Live. Hundreds more joined the live stream to make a difference, gain valuable insights and hear from constructive speakers.
