Condé Nast Traveler Names The Scarlet Huntington Top Hotel in San Francisco

Condé Nast Traveler just released the 29th Annual Readers’ Choice Awards results, and The Scarlet Huntington was at the top of the list for hotels in San Francisco.

The Scarlet Huntington, part of the Grace International hospitality group, incorporates historical and modern features throughout the property and provides amazing views of downtown San Francisco.

Casa Madrona Hotel & Spa Finalist of BLLA Awards

On Oct. 25, the Boutique & Lifestyle Lodging Association revealed the BLLA awards at the Gala & Awards Dinner Celebration at The Beverly Hills Hotel. Casa Madrona Hotel & Spa was named the runner-up for Boutique Hotel of the Year.

Orange County Targets San Francisco in Marketing Campaign

OMGOC, a marketing campaign launched by Orange County, California Destination Marketing Organizations, is targeting San Francisco’s market to bring more tourism to Orange County.

This is their first campaign and it uses several digital ad banners and videos to showcase all the region has to offer. It also challenges Northern Californians about what they really know about Orange County.

The goal is to show that there is more to Orange County than meets the eye. The campaign was created by marketing agency, Greehaus, and will run through Dec. 10.

Super Bowl 50: Much More Than a Football Game

After it was over—after the Broncos beat the Panthers and fans jammed into restaurants and bars to cheer or cry in their beer before returning to their hotels, exhausted— you could almost feel the San Francisco Bay Area deflate like a popped balloon. The Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau revealed it will support Meeting Professionals International’s Healthcare Meeting Compliance Certificate course, working as the title sponsor of the program for one year. 

Accredited by Saint Louis University, the program, provides participants with vital information on compliance regulations, laws and techniques for managing healthcare meetings.
